A wellbeing day for body, mind and spirit inspired by Christian mindfulness and meditation. Suitable for anyone and everyone.
Mindfulness simply means paying attention to our experience in the present moment, on purpose and with an attitude of kindly acceptance. The day will invite us to ‘dip into the present moment’ with simple exercises to focus and gain our attention with useful techniques for using the three ‘MMM’s’ in everyday life.
Moments – to be a human being rather than a human doing
Mindful – rather than a Mind Full!
Meditation – learning to be, just to be, as you are.
