Mindfulness simply means paying attention to our experience in the present moment. Meditation, prayer of heart is said to be  a ‘subtle journey of consciousness from the mind to the heart’ No 4 of 5 connecting sessions to revive, refresh or try for the first time.

Session 4; Choices
‘One’s actions are to come out of an achieved stillness, not to be a mere rushing on’ DH Lawrence. To choose to take time to be still. Smell the air, see the breeze, touch the day.
