Never been on a retreat day? Or you’d like to try again. Not sure what it entails? Come and join us and experience a retreat. A day to be a human being rather than a human doing! Open to all, no experience necessary, everyone welcome.
A peaceful and thoughtful led day, including meditation, prayer, quiet time and an opportunity to be creative.

Suzette is a registered nurse and a Health & Wellbeing adviser. A lifelong Christian meditator and Mindfulness teacher of over ten years, Suzette facilitates sessions which are open to all, regardless of faith or none.
