Q: Is there parking on site?
A: Yes. We have parking for 24 vehicles. Plus we have a dedicated disabled parking space directly outside the main entrance.
Q: Is there disabled access?
A: Yes. Saint Columba’s House is fully accessible for all.
Q: Is there a mainline train station nearby?
A: Yes there is. Woking Station is a just a 5 minute taxi ride from St Columba’s House.
Q: Are there refreshments available on site?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary tea and coffee. There are also snacks and cold drinks available to purchase.
Q: I’m coming to St Columba’s for an event which includes lunch. How do I inform you of any dietary requirements I may have?
A: You can let us know about any dietary requirements you may have during the process of purchasing a ticket on Eventbrite. We endevour to cater for as many dietary requirements as possible. However we might not be able to accommodate all dietary needs or wishes, whether they are allergies, medical needs, religious regulations or lifestyle preferences. If in doubt, please contact us on the details above.
Q: If I have bought a ticket for a house programme event that subsequently I am unable to attend. Can I get a refund?
A: In normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend an event that you have purchased a ticket for, we recommend in the first instance that you try and find another person to go in your place. Thank you for your understanding.
Should a House Programme event be postponed to another date, then your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled by St Columba’s House, then a full refund will be given.
