Are we really kind towards ourselves? Has anyone given you permission to be compassionate to yourself? Are we our worst critic? Many experience the stress of daily living and the affect it has on our mental health.
How can we become more compassionate towards ourselves? If we learn how to, then perhaps we can be more compassionate towards others. What does Jesus say about compassion and how can his attitude help us to apply it?
This three week course, with sessions on the 14th, 21st and 28th July, will hopefully introduce new understanding, enabling participants to consider alternative ways of thinking and make a commitment to practice what we have learnt.
