Saint Columba's House received high praise from SAT-7, the Christian Satelitte Channel whose mission is to provide the churches and Christians of the Middle East and North Africa an opportunity to witness to Jesus Christ through inspirational, informative, and educational television services.

"As an international group needing to meet as a Board or for small seminars in a convenient location for attendees, coming together from around the world each year, we are really glad we have discovered Saint Columba's House.

 

It's location not far from the M25, connected by an hourly air-coach service to Heathrow airport and trains to central London is ideal for us.

 

We enjoy the variety of meeting rooms available according to our numbers, from the large conservatory to the smaller rooms in the main house and the annexe.  In better weather the well-kept grounds allow us to enjoy fresh air and greenery between sessions.

 

The upgrading of the main house so that all rooms are en-suite, the new light and airy reception area and coffee lounge for informal chats and post supper relaxation and greeting of our guests have made it almost a home from home for us. 

 

However, St Columba's House USP for us is the wonderful Christian welcome and support of the director and his staff.  The cook is a real star and seems committed to giving a personal service to each group, with meals to suit our tastes. If anything is too much trouble we have yet to discover it."
