Conferences
Our ten meeting spaces include the Saint Columba's Chapel and Saint Peter's Oratory and can accommodate 4-100 people depending on seating and table patterns – this excludes the garden patio areas when the weather permits. The photograph above shows Saint Cuthbert's with a classic boardroom setup for twenty people. Apart from the chapel and oratory all meeting rooms have internet and telephone connections, and an enhanced hearing system.
We have a range of presentation equipment. These include a state of the art conference telephone, laptop with powerpoint, a data projector, OHPs, flipcharts, and facilities for A4 B&W photocopying.
We try to meet groups’ expectations on varying levels of confidentiality and offer exclusive use rates for Saint Columba’s House and our annexe, Redwood, separately, as well as for the whole centre.
Catering for conferences can also be arranged with our catering manager, Philip Emery.
