Saint Columba’s House work is managed by the trustees of St Peter’s Home and Sisterhood. Originally the house was run by the members of the Sisterhood and a Warden (in the past usually an ordained priest). The day-to-day running of the house is now the responsibility of the Director, the Revd Owen Murphy, the hospitality administrator, Mr Kishan Yadav, and the retreats secretary, Mrs Clare Davies. The catering and domestic work of the house is the responsibility of the chef, Mr Philip Emery, and his domestic staff. Local members of the Community of St Peter assist with in-house services and programme days.
St Columba’s Pastoral Group consists of volunteers who assist with the design and running of the house spiritual development programme and in welcoming visitors.
